THE ORIGINAL NAKED PALETTE BY URBAN DECAY
The original neutral eyeshadow palette to take the world by storm was the Naked Palette by Urban Decay. In the years following it’s release, many brands have imitated the “original palette” with cheaper versions of this neutral eye shadow collection, including efforts by W7, Little Mix for Collection Cosmetics, The Balm, Barry M and MUA. But for me, nothing beats the original and even though £38 may seem a bit pricey for an eyeshadow product, it is definitely worth treating yourself to or adding to your birthday / Christmas wishlists.
With endless neutral colour combinations you can go from a light and brightening eye to a sexy and smouldering smokey look. The only thing that I would change about this eye shadow palette is the composition, as it is outlined in a strange felt like material. And, if you are anything like me with getting foundation everywhere and make-up all over your hands whilst getting ready, then I am guessing that my Naked eyeshadow palette will not be looking this pristine quite soon. Having said that Urban Decay corrected this with a tin shell for their Naked 2 Palette: Hoorah!
Have you tried the Urban Decay original Naked Palette? Or, do you have a beloved dupe that reigns in your neutral eyeshadow collection?
