Styling Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Trainers

Trainers are my one true love when it comes to my wardrobe. I have been a tomboy ever since I could talk (pretty much) and in my high school years you would probably see me kitted out in head to toe Adidas or Nike at all times. Ever since my love of sporty styles and cool kicks has never waned.

Luckily for me, trainers have become an important part of ‘personal style’ and ‘catwalk to high street’ fashion in the last couple of years. No longer just seen as something worn by sports people, but an actual fashionista shoe – which we have Stan Smiths, New Balance, Converse and the likes to thank for that.

As part of their campaign to promote Nike Air Max Day on the 26th of March, I paired up with ASOS to pick some Nike Air Max 90 Ultra all blue trainers. Styling my Nike Air Max with a House of Sunny tunic top and Vila D ring skirt to complete a head to toe inspired ASOS look for the #asseenonme tag on Instagram and Twitter.

To finish off the look, I paired with my Ray-Ban round sunglasses (always) and this beautifully crafted leather Soho backpack from Radley. It is so minimal and unique that I am now also in love with a bag!

For me, when it comes to wearing trainers. Anything goes. But I prefer minimal or sports luxe vibes.
