I have to admit, these black converse bad boys have taken over from my beloved white leather and white canvas pairs and here is why: Nothing screams cool for school than a pair of black high top Converse All Stars. They are also more practical for this time of year too (as I for one hate it when my white trainers get dirty). So for all of you Converse fans out there, or those of you who don’t yet own a pair “TUT TUT”, I hope today’s post gives you some inspiration for wearing Converse and why you need a black pair in your collection.

Although black converse instantly make any outfit look cool, to look even more badass I would recommend pairing your black converse high tops with cropped or skinny / ripped black or white jeans, layering knitwear and leather or suede jackets on top. Sticking with white and black for the whole outfit, I am going with a monochrome theme here, so just stick with it.
