Shearling & Faux Fur at Rijksmuseum Amsterdam

How To wear Ripped Denim JeansAmsterdam Museum Travel GuideShearling coat and faux fur scarf Amsterdam Street Style

On our second day in Amsterdam we went for a wander in the rain (as it was none stop all day) from our hotel to the Rijksmuseum, which is also rather close to other museums of Amsterdam including the Van Gogh museum and Stedelijk museum – so if art and culture if your thing then you will love this little square.

Doing another fab job of keeping me warm was my Shearling Jacket (similar here), which has a faux fur lining that is also rather slim, so it allows you to layer underneath. And it is also ‘cool’ as hell.

Despite the rain we still had an amazing time on our second and last day in Amsterdam – although we were disappointed that the Bols Gin Museum / experience was closed for refurbishment (which is also near the Rijksmuseum and opposite the Van Gogh museum) and we actually ended up going to see the Body Worlds exhibition by Gunther Von Hagens, which was actually really fascinating, if you ever get a chance to go and see it.

If you missed it you can see my first outfit in Amsterdam here, or the review of our hotel – The Dylan – here. And as always, I have linked similar items for you to re-create this look at the end of the post…
