Lilac Is The Colour Of SS18
Goodbye millenial pink and hello lilac loving!
Even though I recently had a purge of bright colours from my wardrobe in the aim of achieving a ‘natural’ palette for my outfits – I have whittled my clothes down to black, white, grey, brown, navy, khaki and two red striped tops – One colour that has recently caught my eye and I will be making an exception for this season is (you guessed it) LILAC!
It seems that Millennial Pink may of had it’s day and a new pastel hue is on the scene for Spring/Summer 2018 – I didn’t intentionally mean for that to rhyme….honestly lol 🙂
With that being said in today’s post I wanted to share a small selection of some of my favourite lilac picks from the high street for you to shop. Including two designer accessory investments I have sneakily slipped in there alongside my new lilac shirt and earrings from Next. Â As new season ranges drop you will definitely be seeing more lilac hit the rails at your favourite retailers.

Move over Berets my Fedora Obsession is Back
Although I may look like a fan of the WWE Undertaker in this look I am ALL about my Topshop western fedora hat. Because I have been wearing berets and baker boy caps so much I forgot my love for a good old fedora until I bought this one. If you hadn’t spotted in the high street style magazines yet, the western trend if another one to watch for SS18 and paired with some western boots this hat hits the trend nail on the head.
Thank God for Topshop. I am practically shopping there once a week atm!
