4 MUST HAVE AUTUMN LIPSTICKS

4 Lipstick Shades For Autumn

Autumn is the perfect season to experiment with dark autumnal lipstick shades, especially with Halloween only being around the corner. Usually I am a major fan of a nude lip, but right now I have been a fan of opting for darker brown shades or plum inspired lipsticks instead. Below are my four of my favourite lipstick shades for Autumn.

1. theBalm shade Amanda Kissmylips

I love the slight tingle that this lipstick brings when adding to your lips, a little as though it is giving you a plumping effect. A mix between a plum and brown shade, Amanda Kissmylips is a dark lipstick that looks great in the day or evening.

Amanda Kissmylips by theBalm is £13.49 and can be bought here.

2. MAC Cremesheen shade Hang-Up

One of my favourite brands for lipstick – I wish I had one in each colour – is MAC. Usually a fan of their matter products, such as Velvet Teddy, for the evening I like to add a little bit of shine to my lips with their Cremesheen range. For the perfect sultry pout, Hang-up is a lush plum / purple shade, which has a slight vampiness about it.

Hang-Up from MAC’s Cremesheen range can be bought for £15.50 here.

3. Maybelline Super Stay in shade Chestnut (720)

This has to be my favourite lipstick for Autumn so far. A little like my beloved Velvet Teddy (as mentioned earlier) it is a darker brown version that is half the price and has lasting power for up to 14hours and it really does stay on my lips when eating and drinking, so surely it has to be a winner?

Chestnut by Maybelline 14 hour Super Stay lipstick is £6.99 and can be bought here.

4. VIE shade Vienna (W0130)*

VIE is a new luxury lipstick that I have had the pleasure to recently try by the brand USLU Airlines. It is named after Vienna’s Schwechat International Airport and is a lovely dark, rich shade for the Autumn months.

VIE shade Vienna from USLU Airlines is £18 and can be bought from Hervia here
